What are your shipping terms?

All returned items must be unused in original packaging with all parts. Returns must be made within 15 days of delivery and authorized with a corresponding RMA. Any returns received without a proper RMA will not be credited. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs excepting in cases of manufacturer defect.

Custom orders ( Colors, dimensions, materials ) are not returnable and cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

We will not sell, distribute or 3rd party market any of your information for any reason. Our customer’s privacy is important to us.
